Applications Open for Administrative Staff - Apply by July 9th
Rhythm X is seeking Administrative Staff to manage our ensemble. There are many types of positions available. Please review the descriptions below:
All roles must be able to pass a background check and complete SafeSport training. These roles are suitable for people looking to contribute to an indoor percussion ensemble primarily as a volunteer, with much of the work happening during the weekend. Compensation is offered based on role, experience, and the organization’s budget. Some travel throughout Ohio and Indiana is expected; efforts are made to provide housing and some meals to staff on the weekends.
*Multiple individuals will join the Operations Team, and can work together with the Assistant Director/Executive Director to decide how to divide up tasks.
**Representatives will be assigned to a committee working alongside our Board of Directors. They will report in to the Committee Chair for planning their tasks and goals. These individuals are welcome to attend rehearsals and assist the Operations Team as requested, but are not responsible for the day-to-day logistics of the ensemble.
