BENGALS/NFL REPRESENTATIVE

Reports To: Board committee on the Bengals

Summary:

The Bengals/NFL Rep will work with the corresponding committee on the board of directors. They will serve as a critical link between the board and the members and staff of The Growl.

Key Responsibilities:

Goals and tasks will be developed in conjunction with the committee chair. The representative will be responsible for attending committee meetings and helping the committee implement their ideas within the ensemble. The representative can also develop their own ideas and plans and bring them to the committee for approval and guidance.

Specific duties are likely to include:

• Recruiting qualified individuals to be on the drumline

• Transporting equipment to/from Paycor Stadium

• Creating and sharing information with Growl members, such as schedules, dress codes, and parking passes

• Working with Bengals staff to ensure a smooth game day experience

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to attend Bengals games in person (approx 2 per season, dates TBD)

• Experience with event planning and management

• Able to use Slack, Notion, Gmail / Google Suite effectively
